As you may already know I planned to completed What I called “A Mad May Idea”
The idea was to run a minimum of 10k each day for the whole month as well as my regular training and scheduled events
Each run was done using the Runmeter iphone app and was uploaded to both my Twitter & Facebook pages.
That was so you can see that I actually did what I set out to do.
The aim is to get people active and involved in sport and also to spread the word of bustinyourballs.org .
The Total amount I ran in May was 324.73km or 202 miles
